Rules for conduct on the golf course to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

following the guidelines of the golf associations movement "We move golf!

Persons with symptoms of illness are not allowed to enter the golf course!
Wearing a nose and mouth guard around the clubhouse is recommended.
Wearing a nose and mouth guard in the clubhouse (hallways, golf store, reception, etc.) is mandatory, as most of the time the 1.5m distance cannot be maintained.
Disinfection dispensers are located in the clubhouse.
Make start times online, by email or by phone if possible.
Play is permitted in flights of 4. The prescribed spacing rules apply on the course.
Go to the tee no more than 10 minutes before the start time.
Keep the minimum distance of 1.5 m on the golf course, practice facilities, parking lot and in the clubhouse.
Use only your own equipment!
No shaking hands or touching!
Do not pass touched balls, rackets, tees and tools.
Restrooms in the Clubhouse, Players Lodge and on the course are open. Only one person is allowed in the restrooms at a time. We recommend that you carry your own disinfectant.
Please keep the minimum distance of 1.5 m at the ball machines. We recommend carrying your own disinfectant.
No grouping at the parking lot when arriving and departing.

Members recruit members

For a club change to the Golf Club Timmendorfer Strand, we waive the processing fee for new members as part of the promotion. As a thank you, we will give the recruiter (existing member) a voucher for 100€ for the restaurants or the golf store on the golf course Timmendorfer Strand!

Golf course for free!

Also in this year we offer you again a free Platzreifekurs, which always takes place on Wednesdays at 17:00, 18:00 or 19:00 clock, on our golf course Timmendorfer Strand. Anyone who can prove that they have their first residence in the Ostholstein district can take advantage of this offer in 2021.

With this action we want to inspire as many non-golfers as possible for the golf sport. There are still 96% of the German population who have never held a golf club in their hands. This sport is suitable for all age groups. And anyone who has ever had the opportunity to practice the golf swing can confirm that you are infected by the golf virus pretty quickly - especially when you hit the first ball.
