Paul Dyer

DLGA Director Paul became a golf pro at the age of 19. After two years of professional golf in Europe, Paul's interest and attention was mainly focused on the technique of the golf swing. This resulted in him founding his own training academy. In 1993, Paul was offered the opportunity to work for the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Since then, Paul has worked all over Europe coaching golfers of all levels, from beginners to Ryder Cup players. He is currently Senior Director of Instruction for Europe and responsible for the training of Leadbetter Instructors in Europe. Paul is a member of the British and German PGA and is very active in both organisations, including the training of young golf instructors.

He does advanced training for several PGAs in Europe and holds seminars in the short game for clubs and teams from all over Germany.
